Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day is celebrated on the third Monday of January each year. In 2024 MLK Day is Monday, January 15, 2024, which is King's actual birthday, 1/15/1929. Happy Birthday to the King of nonviolent activism in the Civil Rights Movement. Celebrate him with us. (Did you know that all of King's speeches and quotes are copyrighted by his estate? You will not see us use his material here, but there are certainly many ways we can share his message).
